AI-Assisted Intake Technology
Ayah Health may use AI-assisted technology to collect and organize intake information and prepare draft clinical summaries and optional draft suggestions for Dr. Akram's convenience. The technology does not diagnose, prescribe, place orders, authorize treatment, or independently make clinical decisions. Dr. Ahsan Akram independently reviews the patient's information and is solely responsible for diagnosis, clinical interpretation, treatment planning, prescribing, and management. Prescription & Medication Disclaimers
Submitting an intake request or consultation does NOT guarantee that a prescription or lab order will be issued. Prescriptions are issued strictly at the sole clinical discretion of Dr. Ahsan Akram in accordance with medical necessity and standard of care guidelines.
Zero Controlled Substance Policy: Ayah Health does not evaluate or prescribe DEA Schedule II–V controlled substances (including opioids, stimulants like Adderall, benzodiazepines, or sedatives) under any circumstances.
Geographic Limitation
Dr. Ahsan Akram is licensed to practice medicine in the States of Texas and Florida. Telehealth evaluations are strictly available to individuals who are physically located within Texas or Florida at the time of consultation. It is the patient's sole responsibility to accurately disclose their physical location; Ayah Health is not responsible for care requested from outside those states.
