Board-Certified Emergency Physician & Founder of Ayah Health

Licensed in Texas & Florida

I'm a board-certified emergency medicine physician practicing in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. I founded Ayah Health after years of treating patients in the emergency room — an experience that showed me firsthand where telehealth can genuinely help, and convinced me to build a direct-pay platform around it.

A Physician's View From the ER

Years of practicing emergency medicine showed me a system under real strain. Patients with straightforward, non-emergent concerns, like a UTI, a routine medication refill, or a rash that needed a second opinion, were showing up to the ER because it was the door that was open. Primary care offices were booked out for weeks, and urgent care came with its own long waits and unpredictable bills.

Ayah Health was built to fill that gap. It isn't meant to replace your primary care physician or the emergency room. It's designed to supplement the system for the everyday medical needs that don't require either one. My goal is to give patients a faster, more convenient path to a board-certified physician, ease some of the unnecessary burden on ERs and urgent care clinics, and offer a transparent, direct-pay alternative in a system where insurance red tape too often stands between patients and straightforward care.

Every consultation on this platform is handled personally by me, held to the same clinical standard I hold myself to on shift in the emergency department.

A New Focus on Wellness

Ayah Health is launching something new: wellness counseling that I'll lead personally, alongside the urgent care and telehealth services we already offer. My focus here is prevention, helping patients build the kind of foundational health habits that keep them out of the doctor's office in the first place. Medicine has become expensive, and the best way to protect patients from that cost is to help them need less care to begin with. My passion has always been making healthcare easy and affordable, and that starts before you ever need to book a visit.

Passion for Technology

I'm also building Ayah Health AI Solutions, a comprehensive AI intake system paired with a modern patient dashboard and a full suite of integrated tools built to make daily work easier for clinicians, whether they're running a physical clinic, a telehealth practice, or an urgent care. I've spent years frustrated with the technology available to doctors, so I decided to build my own. I've already put it to work inside my own telehealth practice, with real success, and now I'm turning it into software built by doctors, for doctors, developed entirely in house.

Between urgent care, wellness, and the technology behind both, my goal has always been the same: bring healthcare, prevention, and innovation together under one roof, so patients get excellent care without the runaround.

Why Direct-Pay Telehealth?

Traditional insurance systems add delay and unexpected fees. Here's how direct care protects you:

No Surprise Bills

You know the exact cost before receiving care. Initial intake is free, and treatment is a flat $55 only upon your approval.

Rapid Turnaround

No waiting rooms or scheduling weeks in advance. Direct message communication allows for fast responses and quick prescription routing.

Private & Secure

Full HIPAA compliance keeps your medical records and communications strictly confidential between you and your doctor.
